Text alerts
Get a text when product you bought expires (so you can get credit), when your order ships, and a reminder when it's time to restock.
Right after opting in the customer gets: "Exotic Soda Co Wholesale: you're signed up for account texts (expired-product credits, orders, restock reminders). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Sample messages: "Exotic Soda Co: some product we sent Sunset Mini Mart has expired (Fanta Peach). Tell us how many are left + snap a photo and we'll credit your account: [link] Reply STOP to opt out." · "Exotic Soda Co: we added $12.00 to your account credit for the expired product you reported. It applies on your next order. Reply STOP to opt out."
